Step 2 — Alignment Plan: We build a personalized "Alignment Blueprint" to integrate those priorities into daily work and life.
Step 3 — Ongoing 1:1 Coaching: Weekly or bi-weekly sessions ensure accountability, strategy adjustments, and measurable progress.
Step 4 — Reporting & Insights: I work with management to determine which metrics are most important to gage progress. Then, I provide monthly sponsor reports with anonymized engagement trends and quarterly strategic reviews.
